- Focus
- Page workflows · Technical SEO
- Integrations
- Search Console · Analytics

The Problem
The team needed one place to track franchise phases, campaign packages, and which location pages were planned, being built, or live. Website health and search data also needed to be connected to the page workflow.
My Contribution
I built a shared application that organizes the page pipeline, team responsibilities, campaign details, and automated monitoring in one workspace.
From Planning to Live Pages
Pages move through Planned, Writing, In Review, In Production, Go Live, and Live. Production checklists cover development, SEO, QA, and sign-off, with assignments and activity records.
- Track campaign packages and franchise-specific agreements.
- Check technical issues including noindex, titles, descriptions, canonicals, links, and indexing.
- Connect Google Search Console and Analytics data to location-page reporting.
- Surface keyword opportunities, page-speed findings, and weekly summaries.
Automation and Boundaries
The system refreshes monitoring data on weekday mornings, backs up team data daily to GitHub, and warns when data becomes stale. Its website and Google integrations read data; they do not edit the live website or Google accounts.
What Was Delivered
A shared workflow designed around 73 franchises and 587 location pages, with page-production checklists and search monitoring.
