Project case study
Saitech Power
A connected power-monitoring system that brings electrical measurements from a Schneider Electric PM2120 meter into a database-backed Android application.
- Client
- Saitech Power Corporation
- Hardware
- PM2120 · Arduino Uno R4 WiFi
- Backend
- PHP · MySQL · GoDaddy

The Problem
Users need to inspect electrical measurements and review usage history without standing beside the power meter. They also need reports they can filter and export for further analysis.
My Contribution
I built the connected power-monitoring system and companion Android app that turn meter readings into accessible device views, dashboards, and reports.
How the Components Connect
The Schneider Electric PM2120 supplies measurements to an Arduino Uno R4 WiFi. Readings flow to a PHP/MySQL backend hosted on GoDaddy and are displayed in the Android application.
- Manage devices with device codes and favorites.
- Inspect voltage, current, active/reactive/apparent power, power factor, frequency, harmonics, and energy.
- Choose dashboard measurements and filter reports by category and date.
- Export CSV files for analysis and audits.
What Was Delivered
The companion Android application is available on Google Play. The system enables users to review readings and usage history to support investigations and cost decisions.
